There are times in our lives when we feel stuck and the world can become daunting or exhausting. Many people go through life feeling like it's a constant uphill battle or that something is missing, perhaps without even realizing they have lost connection and trust in their own voice, needs or interests. When joy seems far away or you are constantly feeling drained, upset, or insecure, it may be valuable for you to seek help from a certified therapist.

Sometimes being heard, prioritized and supported by someone who understands the processes involved in mental and physical pain is the best way to put things into perspective. As an empathetic professional Psychotherapist, supporting your well-being, needs and strength is my priority. I will support and collaborate with you as you take this step to face challenges, let go of negative patterns and take control of your life with the attention and care you deserve.

In sessions, I will meet you wherever you are at and collaborate with you in unearthing your strengths and goals, even if you are not quite sure what you are searching for but feel lost and alone. I take a dynamic and emergent approach to applying evidence-based psychotherapy techniques into the art of therapy in a natural and responsive manner to deeply listen and support you, while helping you journey towards enjoying and expressing your authentic self.

Individual Therapy
Express, heal and connect with yourself
I will work with you directly in one-on-one therapy focused on your needs and goals. I will help you make connections about how your history, experiences, relationships and desires shape, support or hinder your growth so you can work towards changing patterns in your life that don't serve you. At your pace, I will offer you tools specific to your needs that you can independently use in your daily life to support the strengths you already have and help you meet challenges and change. This is a space where you will receive collaboration, advocacy, and support as you take this step to let go of negative patterns and take control of your life with the attention and care you deserve.
